If your dog is anything like mine, he destroys just about any toys I give him. I’ve been on the hunt for toys to keep him busy, but won’t be destroyed in a matter of minutes. Here are a few lab friendly super chewer favorites I’ve found.
Benebone Wishbone – My dog chews this every morning, and he’s had it for almost a year now! It has slowly gotten smaller, but no cracks or shards. It seems to be a great way to clean his teeth too!
Kong Extreme – This is a treat dispenser toy that we use both to entertain our dog, and keep him from begging during meals. I stuff it with treats or dog food and freeze it to keep him busy. We have a few of them, all hold up well!
Eastblue Squeaky Dog Football – Our dog loves to run and play fetch, and of course a squeaky toy makes that more fun! He’s a retriever, and he lives up to his name. We use this one for fetch, and then put it away after. It makes it more “special” for him.
Starmark Treat Dispensing Pickle Pocket for Dogs – This one is super durable, you can add treats of different sizes and shapes to make it more challenging. Even without treats, its very solid and can withstand tough chewing.
Kong Tug– Tug of War, anyone? This is a great alternative to the rope toys that are easily torn. It’s durable, and a great toy for you to interact with your dog with. Have more than one dog? Even better, they can both play!
